Money Art!

I couldn't tell you why, but I LOVE to teach money.  There are so many fun things that you can do with it and the kids can really relate to it... or at least until credit cards take over.

We are working on these three gems during math centers this week.  The kids are doing a great job.  Its hard for them to do it with just the numbers, so they use their coins to count it out to make sure they calculate the total correctly.
